The NC State Fair 2013 starts Thursday October 17 with the gates opening at 3:00PM at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. Food, fun, rides, music, crafts, flowers, animals, exhibits, shows, fireworks, and concerts everyday thorough October 27. Fun for the entire family!
