Will the NC Coast July 4th Holiday Weekend Be Effected by Tropical System?

Will Tropical Storm Arthur bring rain to the July 4th holiday weekend on the North Carolina coast? This coming July 4th holiday weekend at the NC coast may be rained out if the low pressure turns into a tropical system. A low pressure now off the coast of Florida is trying to form into the first tropical depression of the year. If named it will become Arthur.  Weather forecasters are showing a possible run up the NC coast by Friday. Travel along the NC coast may be effected with possible wind and rain.
